Dr. Megha Upadhyaya
General Dentist
Dr Megha Upadhyaya is a general dentist with over 5 years of experience with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Birmingham in the UK.
After graduating, she completed her Dental Foundation Training in Surrey, UK in a busy NHS practice providing a range of treatment, including prevention, fillings, gum treatment, teeth extractions, root canal treatment, and dentures.
She has worked in the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery department at Southend University Hospital gaining experience in minor oral surgery procedures, cryotherapy, and biopsies. She also has experience working for Community Dental Services where she provided general dentistry to patients with additional needs, including anxious children, patients with physical disabilities and/or learning disabilities, or those unable to leave their home.
Dr. Megha believes in preventative care and in providing comprehensive treatment that also focuses on general health and wellbeing.
Outside of work, she enjoys weightlifting, cooking, dancing, and drawing.
